Anyone remember that chain of cheap fashion from the 90s? The equivalent today would possibly be Primark.

This depressing tenement in Argyle Street looks as if it's awaiting demolition, or perhaps it's waiting to be restored to its former glory by a developer. One thing's for sure - that's not a rooftop garden up there (see extra).

Note the little patch of wall art, bottom right. Poor man, dangling upside-down!
