Sad Day

In at the normal time but left at 1100 in order to get changed and out to Penmount for Ted's Funeral. The sun shone and it was a glorious day, nineteen of his RNA Shipmates formed a guard of honour with the Branch Standard present and both the Last Post & Reveille during the service.
Afterwards we joined family and friends for a reception where Ted was toasted on his way with the traditional tot of rum.

The rest of the day was spent with Clare sorting out odds 'n' ends ready for the weekend .
