Sunny windy day along the lake

A cool sunny and windy day along Lake Ontario. I loved this playground along the shoreline. What a view for the children playing. I had a great lunch and visit with a favorite friend and then relaxing yoga after dinner. I hobbled the first half of the day from a twisted knee from yesterday's gardening but by the afternoon it felt just fine. Very happy to have healed so quickly as I have a fundraising 5km run on Thursday!
