Star Quality

Overcast morning. Came back from my beach walk through the amusement park since the tides are on the high side again. I surprise myself by how much I look forward to this walk every morning. Waffles and fruit for breakfast, a couple hours of weeding and garden clean-up before it got too hot, then I took myself out to lunch at a new Vietnamese place for a bowl of noodles and grilled pork; it was pleasant sitting there reading and slurping. Ran some errands and now I'm done, yawning and realizing it's too late for a nap.
