groomed ru

You wouldn't have thanked me for a picture of Ru dog on the way to his hair cut - he was a big shaggy stinky dog!

He made friends with a local (to us) legend who we always spot out and about on his bike. He must cycle every day, a minimum of 50 miles and he's a really friendly soul. We are sad enough to comment whenever we spot him out and about and it causes far too much excitement when one of us ends up chatting to him during the course of a bike ride. He loved Ru so he probably didn't notice how excited I was to be casually chatting and wandering up to the coop with him. Do other people have random local heroes or is it just us?!
