Teefer.
This morning Swannie brought her work home with her, literally! She had done a school run to Jedburgh for a change, then came straight up Tweedbank Station to pick up a bus load of French people to take to Abbotsford House, which is just round the corner. Rather than go back to the depot, she popped home with her wee coach and we cats were quite fascinated to see it.
It was too big and scary for me, as you would imagine, but I did sit at the door and watch it for ages. Teefer and Maly, on the other hand, were far too curious and had to go inside to check it out. I am very pleased to report that not a trace of a mouse was found, and the pair of them certainly did a thorough search.
The blip is of Teefer having a wee rest on the back shelf, she is wondering if a position as Depot Cat might become available at any point as she can see herself in this role. She thinks that she should definitely not be overlooked just because she only has three legs but apparently, there are no mice at all at the depot and they don't actually need a cat, it has nothing to do with discrimination. I hope you all had as good a Monday as Teefer did, lots of love, JJ, xx
