Poppies and crops

I went for a straightforward poppy photo from this spot a few weeks ago but as I was back there again it seemed rude not to use the fact it was sunny this time to show a little more of the landscape.

The one thing I will say is that corn (generic poor but barley worse) is an absolute bugger to walk through, every piece of the field feels like it is stuck in your sock within a nanosecond of entering its cereal delights. Anyway I survived that and the layer of stinging nettles as well so hurrah for that :-)
