MM125 - Something that makes you smile

Up and about today after yesterday's wobble. Too many drugs in the system left me in a right two and eight once the anaesthetic started to wear off. I felt like a pneumatic drill for want of a better description.

It appears my surgery consisted of a "BOGOFF" or "Two for one" offer. The consultant removed one parathyroid gland and then spotted the other embedded in my thyroid and as it didn't look too clever he took that one out as well.

Thank you very much for all your kind words, I really appreciate the support. I remembered, when I was in hospital, that I used to faint in first aid lectures, such a wimp.

Anyway as I'm not doing the cleaning this week, I'm not the one who is going to have to remove my talcummed footprints. Thanks Redflash.
