Walk it Off

Very stressful day at work with far to many games being played.
Hard to believe I work with grown men Kinder-gardeners at times.
To help unwind and brace for another 4 days of it I took a walk with a good friend. We walked the crater rim and watched the big ball of fire in the sky sink below the horizon on it's way to shine on someone else's day.
Up the top between Sugerloaf and Witch hill there is this magic wee pond that has a handful of frogs in it. I can't remember the last time I heard frogs.

P.S. the de-stress worked a right treat.
