The Birds

A less action orientated day today after the fun of yesterday. In all honesty Thorpe Park today wouldn't have been half as much fun with a fairly relentless pattern of on/off rain. We were visited by Annie's step mum for lunch and a good catch-up. Yogi's still not well and it was nice for him to have a visit from a cat lover and a friendly face.

Annie's has been supporting a work IT delivery all day and things haven't gone entirely to plan. She's spent most of the evening so far on a series of conference calls, doesn't sound like it has been resolved yet.

These birds were chasing around the roof of the disused church next door making all sorts of interesting shapes. I snapped away hoping for the best combination of shapes, a completely bland sky behind so its more like a silhouette ultimately.
