Samuel is 4

Yesterday Samuel turned 4 and had his play centre friends round for a party. Today was a party for the family. Two grandmas, two aunts, one uncle, two cousins and a great aunt and uncle. (The last two Trev and I).

Samuel was a prem baby but well on the way to being average weight, size etc.now. We worried that he would never talk but once he started he wouldn't stop.

An only child to older parents he doesn't have the fun of siblings. However he does get to have lots of one on one with each parent. Both keen cooks Samuel helps bake cakes including his own in extras. He has a great imagination and with the toys he got he was one minute a forester with a chainsaw, next a paeloentologist(sp?) with dinosaurs, then a boy on his new bike.

His mother doesn't like his photo on the internet. However she has allowed the extra as long as it is only there a short time.

The day has been cold, wet and miserable so just as well we had a party to go to.
