Foxglove
After an hour or so at Mum's house spent disposing of some of her heavier items of garden rubbish, I spent the majority of the day in the garage, playing with Dad's old woodworking machines, making a new hutch for the guinea pigs which we have decided to get for the children.
It is going to be quite something - a double-decker.
In the morning, I'd watered the vegetables and left the hosepipe laid across the lawn as I'd be sure to need it again in the evening. But while I was sawing, planing and sanding, the rain poured, thunder clapped and the vegetable patch had a good soaking.
After the rain stopped, I ventured into the garden, with camera lens and new extension tubes.
