Another Garden

A bit of shower dodging was required today - but I did manage a little bit of wild time in my Mum's garden.  

I suggested that this plant was as close to a triffid as I'd encountered (albeit stationary) - I'm assured it's an aeonium, and that it's very difficult to get it to flower.
