Moths, birds, flowers

Cumbria Butterfly Conservation Group held their AGM at Hay Bridge Nature Reserve today. The poor weather meant there were very few butterflies around, but hundreds of moths had been trapped overnight for us to see - this is the lovely Elephant Hawkmoth. We also saw Ospreys, Beautiful Demoiselle damselflies and the very rare Coralroot Orchid (see extra).
