Mare's Tail Moon
We went off to Exeter in search of some trees that Lady Marian wants for the front garden. It was pouring down with rain but it gradually slackened off. We didn't find the trees, they seem to be a somewhat specialised item, small multistemmed silver birches, so she'll have to do a search online to find them.
The weather gradually cleared this afternoon which must have been a relief for the organisers of the Torbay Airshow. We had a look from the deck to see if there was anything coming over our way. We could hear the distinctive sound of a Typhoon doing its thing in the distance and we saw a couple of WW11 fighters in the distance that we couldn't identify. I've got shots of a learner plane, a helicopter and a buzzard that probably had nothing to do with the airshow. There were some great clouds though and with the moon coming up, i thought they made a good shot.
Thank you for the response to yesterday's cropscape. You must have liked that one because it got a few hearts and crept into the higher pages of the populars.
