Safe again now

On returning from work today I noticed this little baby bird flying round my greenhouse, well on standing the other side and trying to coax it out, it was determined to stay put. So I went in after it had landed with the intention of picking it up, i thought it was going to go into a mad flying panic and I'd have a struggle on my hands. Quite the opposite , it gladly let me pick it up. We went outside and I thought it would just fly off but no it decided to stay put, perched on my hand. I think it was a little tired at this stage. so I walked around the garden with it thinking where should I put it. I think we had both become attached to each other at this stage, I had visions of it sharing my home, ha ha.
I decided to put it in my thick hedge, but it had other ideas, it had become quite attached to my hand. I had to prise it's little feet onto the branches , so I then nipped in for my camera and checked on it for a while afterwards. It had worked its way further into the hedge and then thankfully later had disappeared all together.
Happy long life to you sweet little fledgling.
