....Glass Blowing.

There is a three day festival on in our local park (Mary Stevens) this weekend, so despite the awful weather on Friday night Claire and I ventured out with Si and Jodie to see what was going on.

One of the first stalls was a glass blower making christmas decoration. He was wonderful character and how he didn't burn himself is a mystery to me how close his hands were to the molten glass as he discussed his trade in front of his audience.

Not sure why he has a stars and stripes flag? There was a Union Jack the other side though.

I had a lovely pizza from a proper pizza oven.....deeeeeelicious.
