River run

So, another gorgeous evening that I could have spent down at the beach hut.

But no. What better activity on a hot summer night than to go for a five mile run?! Mad yes, but not alone. There was a very good turn out for my running club's weekly run. It was beautiful down along the River Adur in West Sussex, and, mercifully, completely flat.
