Yellow Flower

Today I am very busy with sorting out a charity camera event for tomorrow. Also I am going away for a week on Sunday so need to sort that too. So this is just a quick Blip.

I do not know the name of this flower I have in my garden, in the spring a cut it hard back which I think makes it grow more. If anyone knows what it is I would love to know its name.
