Much as I like listening to a debate, I think it has always been on the telly or the radio. While I recognise the skill of politicians answering or deflecting questions, I get equally annoyed by their answers or deflecting of questions. I always wonder how they get on behind the scenes given the tone of some debates.

So we spent an hour or so watching the live radio 4 show, Any Questions tonight, which was... enjoyable. Not sure I learned or heard anything new... and thankfully I was rewarded with some answers I didn't agree with and some questions that weren't answered!
