i just missed rain and hail - but felt the need to get some fresh air - even though my head is still not great - thank you, by the way, for all your encouragement and good will - coming at me yesterday when i mentioned i wasn't feeling well - it's one thing about this community - you can always count on people to lift your spirits - when you're not having the best day - it's unlike any other out there

i so appreciated getting notifications & reading a comment which said 'feel better' - or 'just let things go' knowing that others could relate to me - maybe not in the sense of having headaches - but we all have had days of not feeling up to par - sending someone else a message of affirmation takes but a moment - yet can change that individual dramatically - so think about that next time you go to reach out - it really is one of the reasons we are on the planet - i just wanted you to know how you impacted me - and how we need to keep passing it on - so it will always make for...
