'Portable' scanner

You'll have to make do with a picture of the outside as they wouldn't let me take anything metal inside. I had the great pleasure of a head scan today to check my inner ear which has given me a few nasty cases of vertigo plus a spot of low tinnitus. After 10 minutes with my head in the machine listening to a gut thrumming techno-beat, it made me feel that my tinnitus really is very mild. 

Amazing technology though. One day you'll be able to download the data on your phone and 3D print a new head!
