Not Quite Flower Friday

Plan A was to take photos of white flowers while I was out and about during the day and make a collage for DIY Flower Friday because there are so many white varieties blooming at the moment  Plan B, well there wasn't a Plan B until I saw this tree on our short walk this evening. Its called the Seven Sisters. It's a seven trunked sweet chestnut. It is reputed to be 1200 years old and to be the oldest tree in Britain. Mr P is standing in it for scale. How could I not Blip it. 

The collage is in extras as is the stunning pyracantha which sparked the project . There was going to be a quiz - name the flower ..............
