Oops, I baked again!

Plenty of sour milk left after I made a fruit loaf (see here), so I looked for recipes based on this ingredient, and most of them were cakes and biscuits...
Oh well, if I REALLY have to bake again, to avoid wasting more than a pint of sour milk, I might as well make something nice!

Result: Chocolate & walnuts muffins - yummy!
