Maeve on Mauve

Cloudy and misty today a change from our warm and sunny.
Today we went for a long walk along the beach at Westport.
We reached Machrihanish Dunes Golf Course before we headed back.
Maeve had a great time paddling in the shallows and the cooler day helped too :-)
Back in the car we headed for Glenbarr for our lunch stop :-)
I can highly recommend the roll with square sliced sausage, black pudding and to top it off a fried potato scone :-)
I shall have to walk for miles to walk off the calories :-)
