It Seemed That It Was Only Good Weather For Snails

Woke up to torrential rain and decided that we were not likely to get the planned day at Bramham Horse Trials..sitting in the sunshine, enjoying a Pimms while watching the dressage, it seemed that it was only 'good weather for snails'.

Instead we went into York, enjoyed breakfast at Bill's, tried on green mascara, bought some new shoes and got skincare advice at Neal's Yard..all in all a most enjoyable alternative...may try Bramham tomorrow.
