First produce from the allotment this year

Popped up to the allotment this morning to check on produce. I was surprised to see 4 artichokes all ready to be eaten, also some strawberries which we got to just in time as they were beginning to get a bit soft after all the rain from a few days ago.
Quite a few dwarf beans had not a survived the snails so we had to resort to the local garden centre and filled in all the holes.
Will be picking broad beans next week
