Royal Market and Food Festival

Today marked the official reopening of Mary Stevens Park. The Mayor arrived in a vintage car, driving down to the newly restored bandstand for a cake cutting ceremony, recreating the visit from the Queen in 1957. There's a market and food fair taking place over the weekend, which was already quite busy this afternoon. Myself and E both made a purchase of different flavoured marshmallow covered in chocolate, very sickly they were as well, that's enough sweetness to last me the week.
