d.i.y. Clematis

No, not really but d.i.y. is the "twist" for FF this week, and the lattice that this plant climbs up is where the d.i.y. comes in.  As someone said earlier this week  a U.K. summer consists of two sunny days and a thunderstorm, and they could well be right.  This morning although the garden is looking fresh after the rain, this poor flower has been beaten down and isn't at it's best but nevertheless I was still drawn to it.
