Flower Friday Norfolk Island hibiscus

This flower is huge. About 8 inches 20 cm across. I tried to capture a flower, the famous NI Pine trees, and some hens and a rooster. They are all around the island, I wonder who gets the eggs. Who ever finds them I guess. Cattle also wander around but they have cattle grids to stop them entering the shopping precinct. We went to the shops, there were a few lettuce and tomatoes and oranges but otherwise nothing. You have to grow your own as they don't allow imports. There are paw paw lying around and some banana trees here in the resort.
This place is VERY friendly and unrushed. Also quite beautiful. We will go exploring tomorrow....
