Caramel iced mocha coffee.

Before I took this shot I had a closeup of a/my Caramel iced mocha coffee taken at the Wyong Milk Factory. The coffee shot seemed a little self indulgent so on a walk with Di and my daughter Kristy this shot revealed it's self. This is one of a few dairy factories operating commercially in our state. Originally most large towns had a dairy co op which was owned by the dairy farmers by purchasing shares in the facility. The the government had a bright idea believing big business could operate the milk industry more effectively. Now thanks to the governments decision we have the production of milk mostly carried out in one state of Australia, processing of milk carried out large companies and the distribution price impacted on by two major retail groups. The farmer who is the first link in the milk production process has little or no say in the price of milk. Hope you like the blip, because I am unhappy with what has happened to the milk industry in Australia.
