Hey! Hey! You! You!

An angry steam engine encounters a furious heavy haulage driver at Toddington station on the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire railway.

We drove down to the station for thirty seconds where I snapped this shot, then headed for the open countryside to watch a steam train coming under the bridge. CleanSteve will blip the engine. On returning to the station, we found it transformed. There was everything bar a brass band playing: sunshine; passengers pouring off the train;, bookstalls for transport enthusiasts; a Shearing's coach full of train spotters; coffee shop doing a roaring trade; Uncle Mac (well, no, he's dead, but you get the idea...)

We had a coffee and a piece of carrot cake and I remembered last week's coach driver, Dimitri, choosing carrot cake because he was on a diet
