Thursday: Church Island #Anglesey

Friends of Church Island met this morning to clear tree branches and had hired a shredder. There were about a dozen of us and we dragged branches to the shredder, sawed and cut branches to manageable lengths. Weather at times was very warm but cloud cover and a light sea breeze made working easier.
We all enjoyed a delicious picnic lunch of sandwiches, fruit cake and coffee generously provided by the Friends, before completing the job - about 4 hours in total.
