And so it begins...

... the healthy lifestyle pact that Sarah, Grace, Sandra, Anna and I have agreed to keep for the next few weeks. This is in order to motivate Anna to eat healthily and exercise regularly in the upcoming weeks before she has to do her fitness test to see if she can get into university!
It's going to be hard, I already made a mistake today - completely forgot about it at work and had a cup of tea and two chocolates! (Caffeine and chocolate are strictly prohibited, a long with quite a long list of other things!)
However, Sarah introduced us to a wonderful app called 'Plant Nanny' that is really motivating me to drink more water which is good!
Let's hope I can keep up with this challenge!

Had work today, more phone calls to ebay to sort out the hacking and to make sure I am definitely getting my money back and singing practice this evening for outreach. What a busy life!!
