Garden maintenance

Went to the flat in Ware today to gather some more paperwork for the solicitor. The communal garden is looking very pretty, and fortunately the ladies in the upstairs flat are happy to look after it for the time being. I will let the solicitor get underway with the paperwork and Rosies daughter Rachel get the funeral of the way but then we need to have some serious conversations as to what her daughter is going to do with the place. It could take a year or more to get all the inheritance issues sorted and what do you do in the meantime. It seems such a shame to leave the place empty all that time.....
