Day 3

Cadiz.......Got off the boat and bought tickets for the open top tour bus to get an idea of the place before heading off on our own.
Waited in a HUGE queue......then jumped most of it because everyone wanted to sit on the open top leaving downstairs empty.
The taped information kept on being stopped half way through sentences as the traffic held up progress.

So we got off.

We then went up the highest tower in Cadiz (attached to the cathedral) where there was a great panoramic view of the town.
The nice thing about it was that it wasn?t steps............it was just a gradual slope - very easy going (I wonder why more places don?t use that sytem).

We had a good wander round but couldn?t see much in the way of shops because they close from lunchtime until 5.30pm.

It is very easy to get lost on Cadiz as the streets are typically very narrow and interlocking without any kind of grid system - great fun exploring though.

Back on board in the evening we went to see the guest comedian....................bloody funny.
What an evening.
