Solitary

The day started at +9C, and in the afternoon went up to +15C.  Much warmer than it has been over the last few freezing days.  It pretty much rained all morning, but slowly the clouds have cleared, but no sun today.  After school little 'h' and I went to the lake to see what was happening.  This guy came along and sat on the seat, just perfect I thought.

I went to morning tea with my photography friends.  One has just returned from holiday, another is heading off tomorrow, and 2 are at present overseas, one in Scotland and the other in Sydney.  The 6 of us had a nice chat over a cuppa tea.  More rain in the forecast, let's hope that means more snow on the ski fields.
