Common spotted orchid

Have seen lots of common spotted orchids today in two locations, the local woods and my friend's garden.  Whilst I was with her Boxer dogs I saw a male Bullfinch on one of the feeders, haven't seen one for ages.  

Another hot and sticky day today.  Some parts of  Cumbria have had heavy downpours and hailstone showers but no rain here!  I think the garden would really appreciate some as its been weeks and weeks which is very rare.

Watched the sun go down on the marsh tonight and there was a lovely cool breeze which was bliss :)
