Wolf's Milk
I think this is the plasmodial slime mold Lycogala epidendrum. I don't know why it has the common name Wolf's Milk but it has an amazing life cycle - the single celled individuals (plasmodia) move about consuming bacteria, spores etc and then, when environmental conditions change, they coalesce to form these pink globules.
