Heraklion

Our day in Heraklion was spent under a beautiful blue sky. We wandered around the old town area and the marina. There were some magnificent waves hitting the rocks and splashing over the wall and both Katie and I took a soaking. But it was so warm that it didn't bother us at all.
We enjoyed a plentiful Greek lunch in a small taverna. It was delicious!
