Pablo The Paella King of Glasgow

Had a walk out of the office and into the Merchant City during lunchtime today and happened upon the Merchant City Festival Market.

There were loads of great stalls from countries from across Europe. I was in a bit of a hurry so I just grabbed afew snaps, but I liked this Spanish chap who was cooking up his huge pane of paella.

He'd shout and bellow about how great it is a for a few moments and then get right back to cooking up his concoction.

I'm ashamed to say that I didn't sample Diego's delights - I went to Subway for my usual, a six inch turkey breast on honey oat, with all the salad, all the pickles and sweet onion sauce. Oh, and a latte.
