Changing face of Newport (day 2)

The new and the old, the old Newport Bridge, and to the right of the office block you can just see the done of the old Art College where I spent many years as an apprentice painter and decorator.
The new, are the appartnents they are building along the River Front I think this is the last phase of the regeneration of the river front.
