Still waiting...

Turned up at ARI ward this morning. Sat on a bed in a bay of mostly elderly, confused, shouty men. Eventually got seen. Told that surgery won't happen today. Instead, tomorrow in a different hospital. A relief to get off the ward. For now, a refreshment before dinner. Hopefully the hospital tomorrow will be expecting us when we arrive at 07.30...although I won't be surprised if not. It's all been a bit ridiculous so far...
