Melbourne Street Art Tour

Before we left for Melbourne Jen spotted there were street art tours. Of course I said sign us up! We were taken around the city by our guide and local artist, Christopher Hancock (top left). He showed some of the key and interesting pieces and a bit of history and understanding. So interesting! Loved our afternoon exploring and learning.

A few to point out here...
Top middle - tribute to Lemmy, Bowie and Prince on AC/DC Lane
Top right - stencil work using a high pressure hose to clean the wall behind it
Left centre - glow in the dark effect using just shading
Middle - outside the studio, everyone has their own stamp
Right centre - tiny piece on the edge of a brick!
Bottom left - stick men by Tom Civil, these guys have so much character
Bottom middle - 3D effect on the pavement
Bottom right - last but not least, an original Banksy!
