Balloon rescue!

This is a secret shot of the neighbour rescuing a balloon from the top of a tree in his back garden. It was his son's birthday and the balloon had been there for a while!

Yes, the diet! After months of gluttony and sugar overdose (and gaining about 5kgs!) I am on a sugar free diet with nothing but healthy nuts, seeds and salads. The intention is to get fit and strong, and after a week I have lost nearly 2kgs. A good start, but that is the easy bit, the weeks to come are going to be challenging...
