Completely Relaxed

I was watching this mallard in the river picking up water in his beak and rubbing it into his feathers. He was so happy with the results. His look seems to be of pure bliss. 

It was another really hot day (Yesterday was 100 degrees, today was 91) so there were a lot of people and their pets cooling off in the water. Do you suppose ducks get hot too? Perhaps he cooling himself off, just like everyone else.
