....... manage to get her socks off, even when the pram cover is over her.

It's turned quite cold, no rain but windy again.  The big storm is causing terrible havoc down the east coast.  15 metres of land has been swept into the sea along with some peoples homes, down in NSW.  Other homes are so badly damaged, they will probably have to be demolished.

Tasmania has taken a terrible battering as well, with the worst floods in 90 years.  I dread to think what it will do to the poor farmers.  Some have lost all their stock, whilst the fields are so drenched the crops will be ruined.

And we are in the middle of an election campaign, and the politicians just drone on about the same stuff, while all these poor people are suffering.
