Best Three Quid Ever

Today this little thing arrived in the post. The Google Cardboard viewer. Three quid. THREE QUID! (That's £3 for non slang aware readers).

A little bit of creative folding, stick your phone in it, and voila... Virtual Reality on the cheap! And it works... like a dream.

Here's Mrs. G having her mind blown. I think she was looking at the northern lights in glorious 3d here... or it might have been a whale splashing in front of her. 

Either way... it's a tiny cardboard glimpse of the future, and I love it.

(Best start saving the pennies for the Oculus... )
