Three beautiful things:
A dog and mobile phone free afternoon at the beach. Just me, a packet of Burt's Lobster crisps and my magazine. Oh and not forgetting the low flying military helicopter!

A very refreshing dip in the sea ( even though I did cheat by wearing my shorty wetsuit!)

Coming home to a clean house!
