Hanworth Hall

I was up early to get Jess on a bus in to college, back home for a shower and then off to Norwich to work. My journey takes me through Hanworth and on the way home I stopped at Hanworth Church for a few minutes to enjoy the sun and the birdsong in the churchyard. There is a nice view from there across the valley to the Hall.
Hanne Lene had virtually finished painting Jessie's room when I got back, so we sat in the sunshine and had tea. This evening the yoga class began again; this term we are working on some awareness/ mindfulness practices with a Sanskrit name which I have forgotten. So much for my powers of awareness...

Atrocious internet connection tonight I'm afraid...only just managed to post this so I doubt I will be able to do much commenting. I just tested the speed, 0.3 mbps. Loading a webpage takes forever...
